When fandoms collide

Colbert fighting off Rowling, while Asian fans go nuts at the polls

I love what the fanbases are saying about each other, too:

From MuggleNet, a HP fansite

"You have to understand that Stephen Colbert's fans are OBSESSIVE!!! In an unhealthy way. They're also geeks who know how to write voting programs to cheat and "tip the scaled" more than we can. Sucks, but hey.... With that said, I love Stephen, but I love J.K. Rowling WAY"

Retort from ColbertNation.com
"I believe he/she meant "scales." And regarding the alleged "unhealthy" obsession with Mr. Colbert... well, it's a bit hypocritcal, isn't it?"

"Haha, I also love the implication that people who enjoy Harry Potter aren't geeks at all."

Ah, seeing people as obsessive as I am makes me warm and fuzzy inside. We're all freaks! ^__^

I swear, this is just some experiment Time is doing to see how obsessive people can get. They should know by now that online voting leads to chaos :P

With that said, I'm still supporting Colbert. HE DEMANDS IT O_O

EDIT: Aahaha, I think the Harry Potter fans are actually voting manually instead of using macros :P

EDIT 2: Lol, wonder how that happened *whistles innocently*

I swear, most of those votes aren't mine... >_>
